Have you ever traversed through Mumbai ?And want to see the real Mumbai in 70mm ? Did you watch kaun Banega Crorepati ?Would you like to watch a movie, which narrates the story as if it was a home made movie ? Would you like to watch a movie where the music scores have done magic.
Then go for the most touted "SlumDog Millionaire".
I also has to mention the extra ordinary photography and direction. The lighting , the art direction all are perfect. Not to mention the way in which Mr. A R Rehman has spun the music with the situations . Amazing.
Most perfect is their choice of actors from Jamal the kids to the Millionare Jamal. Each and every crew member of this film, have done their part perfectly. The transformation thats happening throughout the life has been captured perfectly in the right combination of colors.
Now coming to the story, screenplay. The scenes are well interleaved and timed . They need good appreciation on the way they relates each single and simple questions to a specific days of their life.
What makes it more outstanding is the way in which sites are arranged and picked. We while shooting movies, will make the site or the surrondings clean eventhough it could be a slum. But in this movie, you see each place is as you see in Mumbai . Amazingingly crafted.
All in all worth.
